Cinname is a gourmet grocery store located in Collioure which specializes in spices, condiments and liquors produced in the Roussillon and beyond. We produce our own spices mixes and rubs, as well as our own herbs and spices-based liquors. Cinname is open year round.

The term cinname is an antiquated French word that refers to trees or shrubs from the Lauraceae family, known for varieties such as cinnamon and laurel. By metonymy, the word was used to refer to the aromatic substance extracted from cinnamon (which was once used as perfume), as well as to alcoholic liquors made using cinnamon.
